All tours begin in San Antonio at a predetermined pickup location arranged during the planning process. Your tour will follow a scheduled itinerary and return to the agreed-upon drop-off point unless otherwise noted. Clear pickup and return details are always confirmed ahead of time.
Bluebonnet Custom Charters provides transportation for your scheduled tour and drops your group off at the agreed-upon location once the event concludes. After that, guests are responsible for arranging their own ride home. We strongly encourage planning ahead — whether that’s a designated driver, rideshare or other safe transportation option — and never driving after consuming alcohol.
Yes. Every tour follows a planned schedule with designated travel times and stops. This structure allows the day to feel relaxed and enjoyable without becoming rushed or disorganized. Your driver manages timing throughout the day so you don’t have to.
Yes. Our buses offer space for small personal items, shopping bags and belongings needed for the day. However, we ask that guests do not arrive with luggage. Storage availability depends on the bus size, so we recommend discussing any larger items you plan to bring during the planning process.
Comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear are recommended, especially for tours that include walking, shopping or outdoor stops. For winery, brewery and distillery tours, casual but polished attire works well. Always check the weather and dress accordingly.
Your tour still runs. We do not cancel tours due to headcount changes. This ensures your plans stay intact and the day unfolds as expected.
Gratuity is not included unless specified in your booking agreement. Tipping your driver or steward is optional and always appreciated if you feel the service enhanced your experience.
